Volunteer for the 9th Annual Bee Jazzy Celebration

Please sign-up to volunteer for Bee Jazzy 2023!

All volunteers will receive free entry into the event, one drink ticket and a Bee Jazzy T-Shirt. We ask that volunteers arrive at Silvan Ridge Winery by 4:30 pm for a quick training. Volunteers are expected to help out for 1-2 hours and are free to enjoy the event after their shift.

Please be prepared to commit to a shift of 1-2 hours, after which you are free to enjoy the event.

Volunteer roles explained

* Raffle Tickets & Bead Sales: Walk around venue selling raffle tickets and bead necklaces (for bead game) to guests

** Silent Auction Monitor: Ensure silent auction items are in place ahead of event, each has correct description and bid-sheet, pens/pencils at each bid sheet

+ Silent Auction Detail/Runner: When silent auction has closed, make sure baskets have correct gift cards, run basket to check-out table

++ Floater: Walk around venue, ensure bathrooms are clean, plenty of cups for water/tea, water/tea is full and fresh, pick up trash, general event support
