Spring into Garden Activation

Beyond Toxics Eric Richardson and other volunteers posing in the former Mims, now Amicus, garden.

Spring is coming and we're getting an early jump! Save the date for an upcoming community gathering with Beyond Toxics, SquareOne Villages and River Road Community Organization.

There will be a simple garden workshop for beginners and several short presentations about gardens and building community. New to gardening? You can return home with seeds, know-how, and, if needed, containers with soil, to start growing your own veggies at home.

We will have gardening demos and other workshops, both indoor and outdoor. So come join us and let's roll into the spring on a high note!

NOTE: There will be a live Community Food Grower listening session with Grow Lane County during this event!

When: from 12-4 p.m.
Where: Amicus Memorial Garden Collaborative, 255 Maxwell Rd, Eugene, OR 97404
