The Department of Forestry (ODF) must adequately recognize the role forestry practices like aerial spray can play in threatening our drinking water supplies. Access to a safe, reliable water source is a basic human right that is necessary for viable communities and future generations.

It is time for the Oregon Board of Forestry to act boldly and urgently to protect our precious water sources. As Oregonians experience severe drought and dwindling water supplies, more pollution in the water we have is the last thing we need!
